Prosciutto Blackberry Bites with Honey Pecan Cream Cheese, all on a Triscuit cracker!

Ingredients

Any type of cracker will work well for this recipe, and you can even substitute a baguette slice if you’d like. I chose to use a flavored cream cheese, but regular cream cheese with a small amount of honey mixed in would work well, too!

  • 2 crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. honey pecan cream cheese
  • 2 small pieces prosciutto
  • 2 fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Top each cracker with 1 Tbsp. cream cheese, a piece of prosciutto, and a fresh blackberry.
  2. *Hint: Use a small amount of cream cheese to make blackberries “stick” to the top!

Recipe variations

The sky is the limit when it comes to topping a cracker, and if you’re looking to mix things up… here are some fun ideas!

  • Use strawberries, raspberries, peaches, or any fresh fruit in place of blackberries
  • Substitute crostini or baguette for the crackers
  • Use plain cream cheese with a squeeze of honey mixed in
  • Substitute deli ham or bacon for the prosciutto
  • Add a pinch of fresh black pepper
  • Add 1 tsp. blackberry jam for an extra pop of flavor
