You guys! Cinco de Mayo is literally just around the corner! Just 4 short little days away. Are you ready?!

I’ve been busy making and sharing ALL the fun Cinco de Mayo recipes, from Churro Cupcakes to Pico de Gallo to Frozen Mango Margaritas. And Grapefruit Margaritas. Because you can never have too many margaritas….am I right?

The bad news? I’m running out of time before May 5th. The good news? You can NEVER go wrong with fun and delicious Mexican recipes. 

Not only are they perfect for Cinco de Mayo parties, but they’re ideal for Taco Tuesday, weekend cookouts, and summer pool parties. Everyone loves a Mexican themed night, and these Grapefruit Margaritas are just what your party needs!

Honestly, if you love margaritas, these are a no-brainer. They’re easy to make (with no lime squeezing required) and have just the refreshing taste you’re looking for.

These Grapefruit Margaritas are the perfect addition to your next get together…and equally perfect for a random weeknight where you’re craving something delicious. Cinco de Mayo….Taco Tuesday….Mexican Fiesta….here we come!

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN THIS RECIPE?

  • Tequila (I used Silver)
  • Grapefruit juice (I used Ruby Red)
  • Simple syrup
  • Lime juice
  • Ice

HOW DO YOU MAKE GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS?

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a margarita glass rimmed with salt (optional).
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
