This {Lucky} Mint Steamer is a flavorful hot chocolate alternative for those cold winter days. This creamy hot drink is topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Lucky Charms for fun!
In case you couldn’t tell, I LOVE St. Patrick’s Day! I love it for its simplicity, I love it for its fun, I love it for its mischief, I love it for its luck, and most of all, I love it for its MAGIC! There is something about St. Patrick’s Day that is so magical…..it makes you feel just like a child again!
Think about it – what is more magical than a rainbow? Or a pot of gold? Or a tiny little leprechaun who sneaks into your house and creates mischief…!? My girls still talk about all the different things the leprechaun has done over the years….like tear his clothes on our trap, spill his pot of gold, leave tiny footprints across the table and chairs, dye our milk green, toss our pillows all over the family room floor….and, as St. Patrick’s Day approaches, I can’t help but wonder what he will do this year!
Although we haven’t started working on our trap, we have definitely started getting in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit! Slowly but surely, we are preparing ourselves for one magical day. A day where anything can happen! A day where you have to keep your eyes open and constantly be on the lookout! A day where magic….and LUCK….are real!
{Lucky} Mint Steamer
Of course, I would argue that we’re pretty lucky every day. My kids would tend to disagree…..but I can guarantee they’ll feel lucky when they’re drinking this delicious little mint steamer! Because, in their eyes, LUCK is in the MAGIC. Which is why St. Patrick’s Day and lucky go hand in hand! And these drinks? Well, they’re definitely magical. Magical….and delicious!

This looks so fun and yummy! When I was little I was such a bad sport; my mom dyed our milk green in our cereal and I refused to eat it. LOL My little man is quite the opposite and would think this green drink was awesome!
